By accessing this website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our site.
Description of Services
Ferme Maïssa offers accommodation, dining, event organization and leisure activities in an authentic setting near Asilah, Morocco.
Reservations
The booking conditions are as follows:
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit
- The balance is due upon arrival or as agreed
- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM
- Check-out time is before 12:00 PM
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation:
- More than 14 days before arrival: full refund of deposit
- Between 7 and 14 days: 50% refund of deposit
- Less than 7 days: deposit is non-refundable
House Rules
Guests agree to respect:
- Peace and quiet, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM
- Farm animals and not feed them without permission
- Common areas and keep them clean
- Safety instructions, especially around the pool
Liability
Ferme Maïssa declines all responsibility for theft, loss or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to facilities during their stay.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site (texts, images, logos, videos) is the property of Ferme Maïssa and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on this site.
